Is the rebrand of sweet-girls treats by Kelsie, which originated in 2017 with me (Kelsie) as a fresh out of high school graduate. in high School I competed in a Culinary cupcake competition that assisted in me discovering my passion for all things sugar. I have now narrowed down the passion to one item, Luxury Decorated Cookies.
